Women Employed in Cannabis (WEiC) provides numerous stages and spaces to amplify and education our global community of women working in cannabis, hemp, psychedelics and other plant-based industries.

Our WEiC Networking Seshes and WEiC Third Thursdays are where real relationships begin — and where powerful conversations unfold.

  • WEiC Networking Seshes are high-vibe meetups that include introductions and asks, community check-ins and wins, and often a guest speaker or guided discussion. It’s one of our most-loved offerings — where women gather to connect, share resources and lift each other up. And at the heart of it all? Guest speakers like you.
  • WEiC Third Thursdays include peer mentoring, co-working, tech and mastermind-style support. Want to go deeper on your niche? Lead a session as a featured guest mentor and help us make space for women in all facets of plant medicine.

WEiC also hosts topic-based quarterly virtual panels, and we are excited to re-launch a podcast to spotlight women empowered in plant medicine!
