Community

A safe place for all women working in cannabis to participate, together, in the mission of creating a fair, just and equitable industry. Through our main gathering place in our Facebook Group, community members are able to connect, share resources and support each other with advice and connections. 

Mentoring

Learn from the best in the business. Our mentors are experienced professionals, executives, investors and advisors who are eager to share their wisdom and tools to help prepare women for the fundraising process.

Events

Women’s Lounges, Executive Dinners and Virtual Summits are some of the events you can find throughout the year at WEIC. Whether virtual or in-person, our events bring together women leaders, pioneers and innovators in cannabis to network and provide support to women working in cannabis.

Media

We produce content that is meant to inspire, educate and elevate women working in cannabis. You can find our podcast, Women Leading in Cannabis on PodConX network and our YouTube channel is full of interviews with powerful women in cannabis.

Women Empowered in Cannabis

Women Employed in Cannabis hosts a Facebook Group tailored to the needs of women working in cannabis: Women Empowered in Cannabis. Joining our FREE group is a great first step to learning about the WEIC Community and the women that work in the cannabis industry.

We invite women to share their stories, ask for help, and take part in meaningful conversations about topics that impact our careers and livelihood working, as women, in a regulated industry.

The group is a drama-free, judgement-free zones, We don’t take sides and we don’t tolerate sabotaging other women’s successes.

WEIC believes that unity among women makes us all stronger and we strive to create an environment where politics is replaced by compassion and a commitment to our collective future. We recognize that we cannot create a future that is inclusive and diverse where women are thriving in their careers alone. We cannot get there if we are alone or divided.
